Who we are

Cookies

We use one strictly necessary cookie, pmba_consent, which remembers your cookie choice for 6 months. We currently use no analytics, advertising or social media cookies. If we add analytics in the future, it will run only after you accept it in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so visiting the site does not send your data to Google or other third parties. Links to LinkedIn and Facebook are plain links: those services only receive data if you click them.

What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form: your name, email address, organisation (optional), the topic and your message. Like any web server, our hosting provider also records technical logs (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) to keep the site secure.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your request and, if you ask for it, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Server logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for up to 12 months after our last exchange and then deleted, unless they lead to a contract, in which case they are kept as long as the law requires. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider.

Who receives it

Only PMBA staff who handle your request, and our email and hosting providers, who act on our behalf. We do not sell your data, use it for marketing or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing. To exercise these rights, write to office@pmba.md. You can also complain to the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova or, if you are in the EU, to the data protection authority of your country.

Applicable law

We process personal data in line with Law no. 195/2024 on personal data protection of the Republic of Moldova and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
